Michael Ritter - Rufisque

We proudly welcome ’Michael Ritter’ on our label; a dear colleague, friend and label boss of Grey Bar Hotel. Michael Ritter is a DJ, producer & label owner based in the European dance music capital. With regular international shows, the Berliner is an accomplished DJ while making a further name for himself by releasing his own productions on renowned electronic music labels. He brings to us a a beautiful Afro House EP called ’Rufisque’ with an epic remix by South African based ’Jackson Brainwave’. ’Jackson Brainwave’ found ways to express himself musically working from side by side with several influential record labels in the House scene around the globe, labels such as Moblack Records (Italy), Defected Records (UK), King Street (USA), Gondwana KE (Kenya), Aluku Records (UK) and Kemet Soul Records (UK) to name but a few. The EP is called Rufisque and both tracks are positive driving Afro tracks for the dance floor, with African vocals, lovely piano lines, driving synth grooves and progressions.
