Одним из них является Джон Спенсер - заведующий кафедрой исследований городских войн в Институте современной войны, содиректор проекта MWI Urban Warfare и ведущий подкаста Urban Warfare Project. Отметим, что Спенсер работал научным сотрудником у начальника штаба Группы стратегических исследований армии США.  Despite the fact that almost 10 months have passed since the end of the 44-day war in Karabakh, nevertheless, it remains in the focus of attention of many authoritative military experts and analysts. One of them is John Spencer, Chair of Urban Warfare Studies at the Institute of Modern Warfare, Co-Director of the MWI Urban Warfare Project, and Host of the Urban Warfare Project podcast. Note that Spencer worked as a research assistant for the Chief of Staff of the Strategic Research Group of the US Army.
