INFJs core cognitive functions are Introverted Intuition and Extroverted Feeling. This means they internalize their emotions and make decisions primarily through empathy and considering others. INFJs are naturally adept at putting themselves in others’ shoes. They can be extremely sensitive to those around them which can, unfortunately, leave them very exposed and vulnerable to hurt.
