Badi Assad recreated ’Bachelorette’ (from Homogenic) with a guitar arrangement done by her brother Sérgio Assad. This clip is from the DVD “Badi Assad“, that celebrates 20 years of a successful career. Badi is a Brazilian singer, guitar player and songwriter. A special artist, a talent and a rare unanimity figure among musicians, critics, journalists and fans. Her sound is full, complex, and it goes beyond the techniques and links where voice, guitar, and body combine in a perfect symbiosis. All performed simultaneously and solo. The director Rodrigo Assad developed the idea of creating three scenarios to capture three musical features found in Badi’s work. Here you see the more experimental and international one.
