Ingredients:
1/2 cup(45 g) rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
~ 1/2 cup(70 g) fresh raspberries
1/2 cup(120 ml) milk/ plant milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tbsp greek yogurt/or your choice
1 tablespoon almond/ peanut butter
1 tablespoon protein powder/ or cocoa
1 tablespoon honey
1 tbsp milk(use your favorite)
cover and refrigerate for 6 hours/ overnight
