What Is the Third Eye?

The scriptures of India refer to a mystical concept known as the “Third Eye“. This is an invisible eye, though usually depicted in the idols and images of deities as an eye in the middle of the eyebrows in the fore heard. In this video Kriya Yoga Guru Paramahamsa Prajnanananda explains the yogic significance of the third eye.
