When we think of kindness, we assume that it has to be some sort of grand act for it to make an impact. But that’s not so - it’s about the size of your heart that matters. Something as simple as a gentle word or a smile, can change someones day. Whether helping a neighbour, or giving some of what we have to those who need our help, every act of generosity counts and everyone has something to give. It is a powerful way to open the heart. It is love in its purest form, directed towards whatever mission we choose to devote our talents and energy. And it makes us greater than who we were before. Every day, little by little, each act of kindness helps to build a more beautiful world.
