These varied stamina exercises will help you to stay fit at home. WORKOUT SESSION - Stamina II 20 Back lunges, alternating 20 sec. Mountain climbers, as fast as possible 10 Jumps with knee up, alternating; for explosiveness, keeping calves ready for jumps 20 Two-legged hops, in four directions 20 Single-leg lifts together with core, alternating legs 4-6 rounds! Short breaks in between are allowed. Make sure you are warmed-up!
