PortAventura in Salou is one of the most visited amusement parks in europe. In 2012 europe’s tallest roller coaster Shambhala: Expedición al Himalaya opened in PortAventura. Simultaneously the new hyper coaster beats the record of Furius Baco, the previously fastest roller coaster in europe, which is also at Portaventura. Besides there are more impressive rides such as Dragon Khan, a roller coaster with eight inversions, and the 330ft (100m) tall Hurakan Condor freefall tower. Shambhala:
