Inner Peace and Tranquility Meditation Hymn in Gregorian

Gregorian hymns are named after Pope Gregory the Great (540-604 AD). The tradition of Gregorian Hymns started to fall off in 1962 when the Vatican Council introduced the use of the native language instead of Latin. The long tradition of Gregorian chants is perhaps because it profoundly touches our souls and spirituality. It takes us closer to God. The feeling of being close to God brings inner peace and tranquillity, especially at times or at this time when so many uncertainties are troubling us.
