How Victorians stayed warm in winter? Making an 1840s accessories.
I wanted to go out in my 1840s dress, so I needed some warm accessories. I also needed a nice indoor cap to cover my head. For the outside, I made a nice little bonnet and a green velvet mantle. The reveal shots were filmed at Glims Farmstead Museum here at Espoo. You can find the museum website here: I thank the museum for letting me film there in the nice old-timey atmosphere! Heini-Maria joined me at Glims wearing an outfit from roughly the same period. It was fun filming together!
