Mortal Kombat Reconciliation Sprite Animation Part 5 | The Black Dragon Conspiracy | Finally this episode is released. My original plans for this video was far too big, and the second half of this episode is going to be Part 6. This is good news since I can put more detail into each half of the chapter when I split them up into single episodes. About 16 minutes long, this is my longest video so far. I hope you enjoy watching this as much as I did making it! As the title suggests, this episode is about The Black Dragon clan and how they are conspiring with Shao Kahn. There’s no reason for me to hide spoilers since everybody knows the MK3 story already. Kano is teaching Shao Kahn’s men about Earthrealm technology, and becomes a huge part of the overall story. His knowledge allows him to reach a high level of command amoung Shao Kahn’s army. The three big factions at this stage of the series are: The Black Dragon clan who are selling Shao Kahn weapons; The Lin Kuei who are converting their members to cyborgs to ultimately become an unstoppable clan of machines; The Special Forces who aren’t really sure what is going on yet, and are trying to maintain control of the city; and finally Raiden who is recruiting a team of warriors to take down Shao Kahn. Currently Liu Kang and Kung Lao haven’t yet showed up, I’ll let the story settle before I bring more confusion into the mix. I wasn’t 100% happy with part 4, I thought it was a bit messy and rushed. I had to leave during part 4’s production which forced me to delete many scenes to trim it down, and rush some of the fighting scenes in a sloppy way. These deleted scenes will be re-used with different characters in the future for sure.
