Lezgin meat and potato pie (Tsken) Very simple in preparation and at the same time very tasty pie from unleavened puff pastry with meat and potatoes. Ingredients Chopped meat 500 g Onion 1 pc. Potatoes 250 g Mutton fat 50 g Salt Pepper Thyme Dough: Flour 2 cups Salt Water 1 cup Butter 50 g Recipe cut into small cubes (you can use ready ground meat), to it add also finely chopped onion and potatoes, salt and spices. Stir. 2. In a bowl mix flour, salt and water. Knead the dough. 3. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each part out thinly, brush with butter and twist into a “snail“ and roll out thinly again. 4. Place one patty in a mold with small sides. Spread the filling and cover with the second patty. Pinch the edges and make a hole in the center.
