The attack occurred hours before the Turkish parliament reconvened after the summer break. Lawmakers are expected to be in the building at 2 p.m. today. It is unclear whether the attack caused any casualties or other injuries. No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack, although Kurdish and far-left armed groups, as well as ISIS, have carried out bloody attacks in Turkey in the past.
