Digital UV flatbed printer prints on the glass, using the effect of front printing and back for look

UV flatbed printer is a kind of equipment specially used for printing on glass, which adopts the printing process of front and back. This process enables images, text and other design elements to be printed on the glass surface with a high degree of clarity and transparency. Place the glass on the printer’s table and make sure it is fixed in place. The UV flatbed printer is equipped with a UV curing device, which contains a UV light source and a corresponding optical system. When printing starts, the printer automatically sprays a layer of special ultraviolet curing ink (UV ink) on the glass surface. UV ink has the characteristics of fast curing, so once it is sprayed on the glass, the UV curing device will start immediately, releasing a UV beam to illuminate the ink. The UV beam triggers a chemical reaction in the ink, causing it to quickly cure and adhere to the glass surface. This forms the desired pattern or text. To achieve a front-to-back look, the printer projects a mirrored im
