Father Sergiy Baranov tried to include in this short project the maximum of the Orthodox philosophy, mystics and to explain in an easily-accessible form the essence of the Orthodox prayer as a means for finding God in one’s heart. What is the difference between the Buddhist spiritual practices and the practice of the Orthodox Jesus prayer? This is an exclusively religious film, which may appear useful for those people, who seek mystical practice (understanding the word “mystics” in its correct sense) in Orthodoxy, as well as for those who, seeking this practice, joined other cults and religions, and for those, whose spirit is wandering in the vast expanses of the universe seeking the “divine energy.” Perhaps, it might become an assistance or answer to the innermost questions asked by mankind, and a guide to the further pursuit of God.
