Silver Lining

Silver Lining is an English Country Dance devised by Gary Roodman, published in “A Sequence of Calculated Figures“ in 2015, It is a 4 couple dance in a square formation. The tune, also called Silver Lining, was composed by Debbie Jackson and performed by Cilantrio on the album “Good Friends“. It is used by permission of Gary Roodman. The animation is slowed down the first time through the set so the dance is easier to learn. Men are drawn as rectangles, women as ellipses. Each couple is drawn in its own color, however the border of each dancer indicates what role they currently play so the border color will change each time through the minor set.
