I love to do it as a cool down after my workout! Those couple of extra minutes are really worth it - I promise :) you don’t only calm down your entire body and mind, but you also prevent injuries, make sure your body will recover quicker & stay smooth and flexible.
This 8min Routine helps to to stretch your hamstrings, thighs, hip flexors and your beautiful booty. You can do this:
- if you feel sore, the day after an intense Leg Day
- on a daily basis
- at the end of your workout session, to relax and cool down
- to wake up in the morning, or
- before you go to bed
