I will train like “Bruce lee“ for three months, Bruce Lee’s Training & Workout

I have decided to train like Bruce Lee for the next 3 months and share my progress with all of you. Here we can see my current physical abilities, and I will gradually improve them. In this series we will learn how Bruce lee developed his explosive power and speed, as well as his incredibly low bodyfat and amazing endurance with practical techniques. Bruce trained a lot and was always experimenting and finding new ways to increase his strength, speed and power.
