Beyond Thoughts: Discovering the Unseen Horizons of Consciousness

My students always ask me how to quiet the mind during meditation. It’s actually easy. Close your eyes. Now, roll them upwards and inwards focused on the third eye, the point between your eyebrows As long as your eyes remain focused on your third eye, without flickering, without any movement, your mind will remain quiet and still. In this space you can align with your higher self and your inner wisdom. With every movement of your eyes one thousand thoughts enter your mind. Only a few will make their way into your conscious awareness. The rest will land in your subconscious mind and continue to program you with that which is not serving your highest self.
