Joan Sutherland live in Verdi’s Requiem: Libera Me - 1960 (In Memoriam)

Sutherland will be missed by all those who somehow felt the world was better because she, albeit being retired since 1990, was still with us. At the same time, the occasion of her passing is the right moment for us to have a synthesis of her astounding legacy and marvel at the amazing achievements she made during more than 40 years in a large repertoire, always with commitment, talent and sincerity.
