Ugress - Tom Baxter (Livestream Music Video)

A chill and lofi tumble through 90s triphop album covers. This is a live internet performance of ancient Ugress track “Tom Baxter“ from the very first Ugress release, the E-Pipe vinyl EP back in 2000. I have no idea why I named this track Tom Baxter. But I do know at the time I loved instrumental triphop muzak with mellow breaks, and the track was made in that vein. So for this live performance, honoring its 90s legacy I wanted to make an “endless“ flight through fictional 90s triphop album covers. I’m playing an electric violin, digital clarinet and an organ made from sound recordings of “skifer“ (a Norwegian kind of mixed rock, appearantly there is no english term for this kind of rock?).
