No title. Furniture. Modern furniture is dismantled and fitted with new parts to make it easier to use. Probably filmed in Pathe studios, London. M/S of a lady having trouble getting cups out of her sideboard. M/S as she fumbles with the drawer handle. Various shots showing a long handled brush having trouble sweeping underneath the dresser, she has the same trouble with the short handled one. M/S as a man smoking a pipe walks on and starts to dismantle the sideboard. He then fits new handles and sliding glass doors. M/S as he shows us the new dirt and dust store at the bottom. The woman comes up and slides the doors back easily to get a glass out. She opens the drawer with ease. M/S as she stands elegantly by the sideboard smoking a cigarette.
