“ It is not an issue... UE use Different method for loading alpha... More technical way(If I may)... You don’t need to change the compression method to “Displacement“, By doing that you will loose the RGB value.
All you have to do is connect Alpha channel (A) of that texture map into Mask opacity instead of RGB. That way, You can connect your RGB into Base Color and Alpha(A) into Mask Opacity if you have a colored logo.“
