A group of other military types enter behind the standing men — led by another old man; in a hat with big plumes; and a wide sash; many medals; he is followed by other officers (British Army?) Next; the old guys march past the plumed man who stands on a stone platform around a monument with a lot of leaves on it. Then a shot of the men standing in lines; raising their hats in a cheer.
