WEST BANK: German ambassador attacked! Students of West Bank’s Birzeit University in Ramallah attack Germany’s ambassador car at the Palestine Museum in protest of his country’s complicity in the Israeli genocide in Gaza. The museum is inside the university. Birzeit university is one of the top universities in the west bank Birzeit is also known for its students council which is chosen on yearly basis in an election (the only university in the west bank that has real elections) In the last 7 years Pro-hamas Islamic Bloc won the elections with a landslide victory against the second biggest party (Pro-Abbas/Fateh, Shabiba ) which experienced a huge decline in popularity in the last 10 years Source: Global News (EU, USA)
