Lumbini Updates by H.E. Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche - 2023

Stepping into yet another incredible chapter, H.E. Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche graces Pal Thubten Shedrub Ling Monastery with his presence, installing 3 Gajur (Pinnacles) on December 18, 2023. Extensive pujas were performed, including an empowerment fire puja led by Rinpoche. We are delighted to present a beautiful video capturing the day. Since Rinpoche’s joyful announcement on May 6, 2023, that the inauguration of the Monastery would take place on the next Buddhajayanti (Vesak Day, 2024), people have been working with heightened enthusiasm and energy. The air is filled with excitement as everyone actively contributes to fulfill Rinpoche’s aspiration. And amazingly, with your unwavering support, it is happening. The gold gilding work, ornamentation, mural art, wood carvings, and many other finishing work are all coming together meticulously. Lama Thogme-la has been residing there on site, overseeing every detail, with H.E. Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche offering constant guidance.
