The fire that started on the roof of the building covered an area of 4,000 square meters in a short period of time. Rescuers have evacuated 400 people from the building. According to witnesses, the roof of the building collapsed, the residents living on the upper floors are asking for help. Along with 41 fire engines, a fire-fighting plane and helicopters have been brought to the area. The fire has spread to neighboring buildings.
