Russian President Vladimir Putin replaces the dropped cap of a Palestinian honor guardsman while entering a meeting with Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas, Thursday, January 23, in the West Bank’s Bethlehem to discuss bilateral relations. 👉 Russian lawmakers have unanimously approved a sweeping constitutional reform bill put forward by Russian President Vladimir Putin. All 432 Russian lawmakers present in the State Duma voted in favor of the bill on Thursday, just three days after the amendments were presented to Parliament.
