Making of Christmas Bauble Cake

In my countdown to Christmas / end of 2020, I made a Bauble Cake! I’ve shared the sugar dome technique in another video The base contains a speculoos and roasted hazelnut crunch, vanilla custard, caramel tatin apple, cinnamon sponge, and dome of light cinnamon chantilly garnished with fresh dill underneath a glistening sugar dome. Oh and all plant-based too!
