Charcuterie Board for Easy, Elegant Entertaining!

In this episode I am sharing my tips for creating an opulent but inexpensive Charcuterie Board. Also included is a trip to the first incorporated city in the United States: Hudson, New York! I purchased the meats, cheeses, fruits, veg, and assorted crackers from Aldi for $. (The baguette, jam, and almonds were pricey simply because I purchased them from a high-end specialty shop.) Ingredients on my board: Condiments: Fig jam Cornichon (gherkins) Cheeses: Brie Manchego Gouda Havarti Sharp White Cheddar Meats: Organic smoked turkey breast Combo pack of 3 cured meats (pepper salami, hot cappacolo, hot Calabrese) Fruits, Veg: Miniature cucumber Apple slices (I soaked these in lemon juice to avoid browning) Grapes Dried apricots Salted almonds Blackberries For serving: Toasted rounds of a baguette Assorted crackers *Oven Gloves: *Links are affiliate links.
