B.C. Health Minister Adrian Dix marks COVID-19’s two-year anniversary

The World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic on March 11th, 2020. To mark the anniversary, B.C.’s health minister spoke to CBC to discuss lifting mas mandates and responds to concerns of people who feel more vulnerable after pandemic rules were relaxed.
