Shabby Chic Ruffle Cake Tutorial

This tutorial demonstrates how to make a “Shabby Chic“ ruffle cake. This version of a ruffle cake has delicate layers of fabric-like fondant spiraling down the cake and peeling away like the petals of a rose.
