Yoga Exercises with the Marichyasana-1 Pose
In this video, I will begin by doing the “marichyasana-1“ pose. This exercise will help strengthen your arms and legs. From there, I will do a variation of the “thread the needle“ pose. While in this pose, I will place my shoulder beneath my leg to maximize each stretch. Next, I will do a “frog“ pose. This will stretch out your thighs, as well as your buttocks. Always remember to do proper breathing techniques while doing these exercises.
