S. Korea, U.S. Japan warns N. This as Kim Tae-hyo, South Korea’s Deputy Principal National Security Advisor, on Thursday, spoke with his U.S. counterpart Kurt Campbell and Japanese counterpart Keiichi Ichikawa about countermeasures to Pyongyang and Moscow military cooperation. They also agreed to further solidify their cooperation framework established at Camp David in August last year and to actively address North Korea’s provocations and Russia-North Korea military cooperation at the UN Security Council in 2024.
