Making sure to review metrics about rest and stress has got me to pursue more balance and practice better stress management.
That’s why I’m excited to continue working with @clevelandclinic to encourage broader use of wearable trackers. 🤦🏾♂️ For ex, I did not realize that an espresso shot in the late afternoon could impact rest even if my bedtime was late. By eliminating it, I get sleepy much earlier 🤯, I feel less anxious and rest is more sound.
