No Accountability: Legal Complaints Ignored

At the Athens Bar Association, which I revisited on July 14th, 2023, and the subsequent week, to pursue two of my complaints from 2019 against two individual lawyers for fraud and failure to take my case to the ECHR in 2018, I also sought their assistance in ensuring compliance by a Court-appointed lawyer to my latest Evelpidon Court case. In the disciplinary committee, which has unfavorably concluded my initial two complaints, I faced mistreatment by one staff member due to her immature conduct. The committee also included unsubstantiated claims in the documents they subsequently transmitted via email regarding those grievances. Furthermore, the Legal Aid office despite making several imprudent remarks to refrain from further communications with the aforementioned Court-appointed attorney, eventually proclaimed to have sent him an email. Nonetheless, I am yet to receive any correspondence from him.
