Item title reads - A new sport. It’s cycle-skating, and comes all the way from Paris. M/S of men strapping a small wheel to the side of each foot, and attaching them with braces up their calves and screws which they tighten up. C/U of one man screwing the wheel to his foot. C/U as he walks about with them attached. Intertitle - ’A smooth surface is not essential’ M/S of some people cycling down a path between some trees in a wood, they are using wooden sticks like ski poles to guide themselves. Intertitle - ’and you can either propel yourself along in ski fashion ...’ L/S as four men skate along a wide road using the poles.
