A Very British Hotel - Episode 1

After uploading the video with myself in it, I had received a comment asking for the other 2 episodes. So here is the very first episode of 3 showing the goings on at the Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park, London. In this episode, we get to meet a variety of staff from the front line and behind the scenes, seeing into training, the laundry and the infamous Concierge Desk. We meet some celebrity guests and see what it is that keeps the guests coming back, and also see a tough job for the luggage porters when some middle eastern royalty arrives.
