The Ukrainian Armed Forces misfired at the Russian border and hit a residential building in Ukrainian controlled Kharkov - three people were killed, twenty-five were injured. An unidentified Ukrainian shell flew into a five-story building at 21 Yuri Gagarin Avenue. The attack came from the southwest - from the Ukrainian rear. The building itself houses the hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which is why the enemy immediately began to blame the strike on Russia. Source: Cyberspec News
