GOBELINS - Walk Cycle Exercise (Faye From Cowboy Bebop) [Reupload]

[edit : I reuploaded cause there was a “lil“ editing mistake OUPS] Here is my second year walk cycle exercise I did when I was in Gobelins. We had to pick a character that already existed, something that was at least semi realistic and animate the walk cycle traditionaly. I picked Faye from Cowboy bebop. The goal was to animate a neutral walk cycle that would fit the body shape/general carracteristics of the character. Here for faye my intention was for her to look like she’s on a mission, determined and a bit tomboyish (this means not to much carricatural hips movments and more shoulder movement, which fits the body shape of the character since she has a small butt and large shoulders like a man). Now looking back I see a lots of things that I would correct (much more on the front walk though) but i try not to be too hard on myself knowing it was done on paper and I was pressured by the time.
