Adorable Two Year Old Gatecrashes His Mother’s Piano Recital

This is the moment a mum manages to continue playing the piano despite the fact her adorable toddler has given his dad the slip and managed to climb onto the stage to demand attention while she is in the middle of a performance. Mie Hirai’s 2-year-old son, Koutaro, joined her on stage whilst she was reciting Russian composer Sergei Rachmaninoff’s The Bells in Osaka, Japan on stage on 14th August. In the video, Mie is reciting ’The Bells’ after months of preparing for her performance when her son starts to make his way over to the stage after giving his dad the slip. About 30 seconds into the performance little Koutaro appears on the stage and taking no notice of the audience he makes his way over to his mum who continues playing. Despite her son grabbing her and playing a few keys on the piano himself, Mie successfully finished the performance.
