Winston Churchill was the first ever to refer to his chronic depression as his ’Black Dog’. The beast that always followed him around. Fighting depression can be an exhausting battle. When you suffer from chronic depression even more so. It’s a struggle that wears you out to the point that you just want to give in and fight no more.
