Anyone know how to fix this DVL malfunction?

Ayo anyone know how to fix this new jam I got with my DVL? I went to Mechanic and he told me the malfunction is normal and its a easy fix but it would cost me a ton. Anyone else know how to fix it? yes this is a joke for Escape From Tarkov. go follow my twitter
