This is a story of a club who was stolen away from the people of Wimbledon, but instead of just taking it, their fans banded together and formed a new club, AFC Wimbledon, from the ashes of the old. And from the absolute bottom of the English football pyramid, they would rise like a pheonix, all the way up to the same division, as the club that was stolen from them, MK Dons.
