The Sampleist - Should You Upgrade to Nuendo 13 by Steinberg? Reasons why it is my primary DAW!

Steinberg are currently running a 40% off promotion on various pieces of their legendary software. One such piece is Nuendo 13, their composing and post-production behemoth of a DAW. But as your average Cubase user, is it worth spending the extra £ to make the upgrade? Several months ago, Steinberg generously gave us a licence for Nuendo 13 and now it is my main DAW. There are a plethora of features that Nuendo has, yet Cubase Pro 13 doesn’t. Depending on your role in music production however, these may never really become useful. The aim of this video is to show you the user experience and transition from Cubase to Nuendo whilst highlighting the most important features as a composer. Join Pete Checkley as he gives his perspective as a working composer. Our sincere thanks to Steinberg for providing a copy of Nuendo 13 so we can make this video. 0:00 Intro 3:29 Workflow Benefits 4:06 Composition Example 7:12 Workflow Benefits cont... 13:49 Sound Design 19:50 Stability and Performance 22:08 Dolby Atmos 23:45 Thoughts, Your Future and Sign Off Nuendo 13 and Cubase Pro 13 Comparison Chart: For more details and to purchase, check out: 40% sale runs until June 14th 2024.
