German Raw Color Footage from the Eastern Front in Ukraine/Southern Russia- June to September 1942

This video is a collection of raw, unedited footage taken by German Propaganda cameraman Hans Bastanier with an Arriflex color camera from June to September 1942. He acompanied the 6th Army trough its advance in Eastern Ukraine and Southern Russia in Summer and Autumn 1942, when the Army would advance towards Stalingrad. This is a collection of his footage. Since the camera had no microphone, there is no sound. I also did no editing at all. I understand that not everyone has the time to watch all of this, so I have added some timestamps, so you can only watch the parts that are interesting to you: 00:18 Footage from German-occupied Kharkiv in northeast Ukraine 05:58 Trucks moving forward 06:54 Luftwaffe planes 07:06 Soviet POWs 07:43 River crossing 08:42 German signal troops 09:12 Footage from Soviet villages/rural life 16:44 Advance of German tanks and mechanized infantry 28:19 River crossing with boats 29:28 Aerial bombing of Soviet columns 31:27 Killed Soviet pilot and shot down plane 32:35 Destroyed M3 Lee 33:38 Motorized units advancing 35:10 German units resting/waiting 36:10 Motorcycle units advancing 37:38 Shot down/abandoned Soviet plane 37:55 German Tank Destroyers on the move 38:26 Soviet POWs/ fallen soldiers 40:31 Guns, tanks and other destroyed Soviet war material 43:16 Destroyed Soviet trains/ loaded tanks 45:55 Advancing German infantry 49:31 Destroyed Soviet tanks, mainly T-34 and KV-1 52:10 German infantry in positions 54:37 German field hospital Please also see the remarks in the comments and feel free to ask if you’re interested about a particular scene.
