It is also on this floor that the Revue d’Action Française was born in 1899 and that Maurras met Jacques Bainville, in 1900, invited that day to a conference by Lucien Moreau, friend of Maurras, at the Café Procope, on organizational empiricism, by Maurice Barrès before Henri Vaugeois took him to the Café de Flore.
