This trio of chords can often be used in place of any C-F-G, and is far easier to play since your left pinky will be in the same spot for all three chords. This aspect, plus the fact that no barring is required to play the Fadd9, makes these chords relatively easy to learn & switch between. In this lesson, I’ll teach the chords and show various riffs & exercises you can play using these chord shapes. - 0:00 Lesson Summary - 4:18 Bass Note Strumming - 5:44 Alternating Bass Notes - 9:41 Exercise Riff #1 - 11:37 Walk-Ups & Walk-Downs - 14:04 Exercise Riff #2 - 15:04 Add & Removing Fingers - 19:26 Exercise Riff #3 - 20:45 Exercise Riff #4
