Ukrainian soldiers who kidnapped civilians in Kursk Oblast have been sentenced the Investigative Committee reported

Vitaliy Panchenko received 15 years in prison, and Ivan Dmitrakov – 14. Both are included in the list of terrorists and extremists of Rosfinmonitoring. A video shows these soldiers pushing blindfolded civilians into a truck and beating them with machine guns. After that, the Russian civilians were taken to Ukraine.
